Kaitlin Fritz, P.Eng., M.Eng.

Kaitlin obtained her degrees from the University of Manitoba, a B.Sc.(Eng.) in Civil Engineering in 2012 and a Masters of Structural Engineering, focusing on concert assessment and restoration in 2021. She is currently the Section Head of Asset Information and Standards at Manitoba Hydro, leading a multidisciplinary team of professionals and technical experts to deliver on the corporation’s asset information needs. Kaitlin is an avid volunteer in the engineering community, serving as Manitoba Hydro Professional Engineering Association (MHPEA) President, chairing the MHPEA networking committee, chairing the EGM Awards Committee, and acting as a mentor in the EGM Women in Engineering Mentorship program. In addition to work and volunteering Kaitlin greatly enjoys cooking, travelling, and cycle touring the world with her husband.
