Over twenty years expertise in the design and manufacturing within Manitoba’s Aerospace and Heavy Equipment sectors.  Kiera has held leadership positions in strategy, customer service, program management, new product development, supply chain, engineering and operations providing a breadth of experience and perspective to support organizations to build stability, effectivity and efficiency for today and tomorrow.  She is currently the Senior Vice President of Customer, Products and Services for MacDon Industries Ltd.  an agricultural shortline manufacturer of harvesting equipment.
