Bio
Tom is a structural engineer with Crosier Kilgour & Partners Ltd. and has been a partner with the firm since 2001. Tom has been involved in the design of many Winnipeg landmarks such as Canada Life Centre, the Casino’s of Winnipeg, Manitoba Hydro Downtown Office Building, True North Square and the HSC Women’s Hospital. Tom graduated from the Price Faculty of Engineering with a Civil Engineering degree in 1987. He worked with CW Engineering Ltd and then UMA Engineering (now AECOM) for four years before joining Crosier Kilgour & Partners Ltd.
